About Me
Reaching out for help can be scary. Finding the right connection can be revitalizing.
Hi! My name is Shaily Nandra. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Education from Wayne State University in Michigan. I have been working with families and individuals for the past 8 years. I have a certification in Perinatal Mood Disorders. I have an extensive background working with pregnant women and mothers.
Throughout my time as a therapist and from personal experience, I’ve learned that the onset of paralyzing anxiety can occur within the blink of an eye. Having a trusted therapist to share your feelings with can relieve pressures of feeling alone and isolated. I believe my person-centered and psychoanalytical approach to therapy help clients feel comfortable with finding healthy coping skills.
With all good things comes challenges. Working on your mental health and personal growth is no different! By joining in therapy with me, you can expect to feel challenged and validated by working towards your goals.
